Environmentally friendly manufacturingIn the beginning, there were our customers. There are now 40 million of them, worldwide. Our objective: to increase and wholly fulfil their orders, whether buying in Stores, through Direct Sales, online or through Mail Order. This is the ongoing concern of our two logistics platforms and of the fifteen or so distribution centres that the Group has set up from Canada to China, via Russia. And there is also the product: cosmetic, detergent or textile. The Group develops more than 400 million units per year in its factories.
For you, young graduatesYou like to give the very best of yourself to guarantee the best possible products and services for customers. Engineer, graduate training schemeYou run an Elementary Work Production or Packaging Unit and ensure the performance objectives are met in terms of quantity, quality, lead times and cost Development ManagerYou are in charge of cosmetics or detergent products, from marketing brief right through to market launch. At the interface between technical activities, you coordinate actions to ensure that the final product is faithful to laboratories’ specifications, while complying with schedules and production budgets. Demand ManagerWithin Supply Chain Management, your job is to satisfy and challenge market demand. Interfacing with supply chain managers and customer departments, you deal with shortage situations, notify over-stocking and coordinate flow plans. Production ManagerYou manage the personnel of a workshop and you guarantee manufacturing of our cosmetic products. In a spirit of continuous improvement, you ensure compliance with norms in the environmental system, bulk quality and production health and safety practices. These functions are scalable, with links between activities and brands! |
