Attracting new talent
With a human resources policy geared to mobility, boldness and teamwork, the Group attracts new talent every year. Many of our new employees start out in the company by means of a traineeship period which, for some of them, is spent in one of the Group’s international subsidiaries. These assignments constitute real training grounds for management and business skills, and enable trainees to learn the Group’s activities.
Thus with high-quality recruitment, increasingly internationally oriented, the Group is providing itself with the best possible means of rising to the challenges of the future.
Whether you are just starting out or experienced, the constant development of our products and brands offers you a wide range of opportunities for professional fulfilment, worldwide.
Our recruitment process
In France, recruitment of trainees and young graduates is carried out centrally at the Group’s head office for all brands and activities.
The most effective way to apply is to submit an application on the Job Applications Area of the website. All traineeship and job offers are updated every week.
You can also submit an unsolicited application if none of the job vacancies fits your profile.
For a job
You will be invited to an interview with the Group’s recruitment department before meeting the operating teams and business HRD. Generally speaking, you will meet your future line manager as well as his/her superior, i.e. a total of 4 interviews.
You will be informed of the final decision by phone or letter.
For a traineeship
You will be invited to an assessment centre or for an interview with the Group’s recruitment department before meeting your future traineeship supervisor and sometimes his/her manager, i.e. a total of 2 or 3 interviews.
You will be informed of the final decision by phone or letter.
