For a jobYou will be invited to an interview with the Group’s recruitment department before meeting the operating teams and business HRD. Generally speaking, you will meet your future line manager as well as his/her superior, i.e. a total of 4 interviews. For a traineeshipYou will be invited to an assessment centre or for an interview with the Group’s recruitment department before meeting your future traineeship supervisor and sometimes his/her manager, i.e. a total of 2 or 3 interviews.
